PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Pricing

Sessions Confirmation and Payment Schedule

(a) All sessions are subject to our approval. We may cancel a session if we believe it is necessary to:

  • Protect our systems;
  • Prevent fraud;
  • Protect against legal or non-payment risks;
  • Suspect that you have breached these Terms.

(b) If we cancel a session:

  • We will refund any payments to your payment method.
  • You will have no further obligations related to the canceled sessions.

(c) Once we confirm your sessions and schedule, you will receive a confirmation email and a payment schedule. Invoices will be issued every 28 days and must be paid within three days.

(d) Ensure that payments are made according to the Payment Schedule. Payments can be made through approved gateways such as WePay, Stripe, Freshbooks, Paypal, or Direct Bank Deposit.

(e) If you face financial hardship, contact [email protected]. We have a fund to support students in need.

Late Payments

(a) If you miss a payment, we may refer it to collections and charge a late fee of 20% of the outstanding amount.

(b) We may waive late fees at our discretion.

(c) We will notify you if you miss a payment and work with you to resolve it.

(d) Failure to pay may impact your credit rating.

(e) Payments will be applied to the oldest outstanding balance first.

Session Cancellation/Rescheduling/Refunds

(a) Notify us if you need to cancel a session at least 4 hours before the start. Eligibility for refunds depends on your subscription plan:

(b) Payments will continue unless you notify us of cancellations.

  1. Teacher Cancellation: Always eligible for a full refund.
  2. Cancellation within 4 hours: No refund.
  3. Refund payment will be transferred into your account within 45 days.

(c) You remain liable for full payment until you cancel sessions.

Account Closure

No refunds are issued upon account closure. You may reschedule pending classes within 3 months.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that we and our licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights of any kind related to the Website, including applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.  Other product and company names that are mentioned on the Website may be trademarks of their respective owners. We reserve all rights that are not expressly granted to you under these terms.
